I am proud to announce I have just established my own business - Steve Vogt Executive Coaching and Leadership Services. I am open for business! I am available to provide individual coaching and to develop leadership programs for potential clients. Steve Vogt Executive Coaching and Leadership Services will: Provide coaching services within agree timeframes. Conduct coaching with professionalism and in the service of the coaching counterpart/s. Comply with advised relevant corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the provision of coaching and leadership services. I am a senior human resource and corporate specialist with wide ranging experience in human resource management, governance, corporate management and customer service delivery. I am skilled at leading organisational transitions and change management and my passion is organisational, team and individual development. I am a Level 2 Certified Executive Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. Across the past 20 years I've held senior leadership roles in a range of Australian Government or Private Sector organisations with the last two years in Not For Profit Companies. These organisations include CSIRO, Geoscience Australia, Department of Education Science and Training, Questacon, National Film and Sound Archive, Australian Electoral Commission, Aboriginal Hostels Limited, Woden Community Service and Community Services #1. Senior leadership roles I've held span a broad range of business functions, including human resource management, organisational development, corporate governance, financial management, cultural collection management and client services in areas such as: Public and private sector employment frameworks, including employment legislation, strategic human resource management, learning and development, workplace health and safety legislation compliance and change management; Development, management and implementation of Enterprise Agreements, including leading negotiations on behalf of employer; Organisational development and improvement programs relating to employee consultation, workforce planning, workplace investigations, client services planning and service delivery.
