I am a Sr. Industrial Security Officer at Areté, a leading provider of innovative solutions for national security and defense. I have over 26 years of experience in intelligence gathering, operations, training, and physical security, with a current DoD Top-Secret SCI Clearance with CI Poly. I hold the Security Fundamentals Professional (SFPC) and the Physical Security Professional (PSC) certifications, which demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in security management and best practices. As part of my role, I oversee the security operations and compliance for multiple classified contracts and programs, ensuring the protection of information, personnel, and facilities from unauthorized access, disclosure, or compromise. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), to implement and maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with NISPOM and ICD 705. I also apply my skills in crisis management, emergency management, reporting, briefing, and inter-agency coordination to respond to security incidents and mitigate risks. My mission is to support Areté's vision of delivering innovative and impactful solutions for national security and defense.
