I have a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Business Management from Bond University, and I possess strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills that enable me to drive growth and retention for the company.Previously, I was the Head of Customer Solutions at Superdraft, where I was responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the staff to achieve their individual and team targets. I also worked closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, and engaged with industry stakeholders and events to enhance the staff's professional development. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer solutions and creating value for the organization and the clients.
