I have a genuine passion for people management and achieving and retaining high standards, I continuously strive to understand the bigger business picture and utilise excellent communication skills to solve technical issues. I have acquired a reputation for quickly grasping new ideas and concepts. Effectively combining outstanding people skills with technology to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I see myself as a highly driven individual who always exceeds set goals without compromising levels of service. As a solutions-driven individual, I possess the kind of energetic personality that makes me an asset to any team. My ability to see the wider picture allows me to drive change and achieve results. I greatly enjoy working on my own initiative and I am especially proud that I always demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I will perform to the best of my abilities at all times. Throughout my career I have consistently impressed senior level management with my ability to deliver results. Helping others grow and develop to their full potential is something I am passionate about and is reflected in the way I go beyond what is required to mentor and support staff.
