I am a pragmatic, business and client focused Head of Compliance (R13) and MLRO (R15)- Isle of Man regulatory regime - who completed the International Diploma in Compliance in 2007 and am a Fellow Member of the International Compliance Association ('FICA'). I also have experience as a Data Protection Officer (pre-GDPR) and completed a GDPR Practitioner course in 2018. In my view (see caveat above) staff training is a cornerstone of any business and I qualified as an Adult Education Trainer in 2002. I have also had the pleasure of successfully mentoring colleagues through the International Compliance Association Anti-Money Laundering and Governance, Risk and Compliance Certificates and Diplomas.
