I have been working in the insurance industry since 1992 covering all roles from office junior, area management, accounts, claims and director level. Part of my skills in insurance broking is developing good relationships with Insurers and this has seen me manage specialist schemes. This has given me valuable experience to help set up products that now help my customers ranging from insurance for refurbishment of properties to policies for sports clubs and more. Having always concentrated on good customer service I am very proud to have never received a complaint in all of my years in the industry furthermore my company, Westmore Insure Ltd, has even won industry awards for supporting the local community.
