A highly motivated and skilled Rotary (RW) & Fixed Wing (FW) pilot instructor & Battlespace Management (BM) specialist; able to contribute extensively to any senior management team. Used to working in harsh environments whilst under extreme pressure, having successfully demonstrated initiative whilst taking on myriad new and challenging tasks. Previous MoD employment; Commander Air (Air Boss) and Senior Operator to five different aviation platforms (RW, FW & RPAS/UAS). Recently employed as Head of RW & BM training for UK Defence, I have extensive instructional, Squadron and Naval Air Station command experience spanning RW, FW & UAS/RPAS operations. Previously Head of Training for the Military Aviation Authority with extensive defence and civil aviation regulatory experience. A qualified professional Auditor and published in several Defence safety publications. Obtained an MSc in Defence Acquisition whilst employed as the Royal Navy’s Senior Requirements Manager during the QE Class Aircraft Carrier Introduction to Service. Currently employed within the US Navy as the Coalition and NATO module head responsible for delivering training to senior USN Warfare Commanders, Carrier Strike & Amphibious Readiness Groups.
