Known as a “true” & “authentic” leader within the company, community, industry and with his clients. I have come to understand and value the significance of finding one’s passion and purpose in life. Being a farm boy at heart I've has always had a passion for agriculture and the life-balance that grows from that unique industry and way of life. A proud owner of agricultural property I farm and manage in addition to my professional career leading several financial teams encompassing all aspects of lending, client development, staff human capital development and succession planning needs. One other passion is leading and developing the potential of others. Those who come into contact find me to be an energetic, enthusiastic, genuine, and most significantly, an individual who has an uncanny ability to make himself vulnerable regarding life’s experiences for the benefit of his audience
