Each niche of this industry that I have work in, from Life Plan/CCRC Communities, rental Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, required specific, accountable sales and marketing results. Just a few recent examples include stabilizing an aging IL/AL/ALZ portfolio in the second most overbuilt market in the U.S. in 2019 according to NIC (Minneapolis), where the 8 communities average 94.5 percent occupancy. Leading Transforming Ages’ recent pre-sales of an expansion CCRC in Seattle, resulted in hitting finance pre-sales in just 6 months, with Entrance Fees averaging $1.4M. Whether it is rebuilding or building a high performing sales team, driving a successful pre-sales or critical turn-around of an under-achieving community (s), I have shown proven formulas and driven strong results in those critical situations, time and time again.
