He has obtained many skills which have accumulated to a deep understanding of the necessity of a high level of service needed in the business world. Steve studied engineering at the University of Massachusetts - Lowell and recently completed his bachelor's degree in business studies with a concentration in small business management from Southern New Hampshire University. Steve worked for a few medium and large firms in New Hampshire as an engineer where he learned the true meaning of having an honest work ethic and how to communicate up and down the chain of command.
