Now retired after thirty three years of experience as a commercial banker with several of San Diego’s premier community banks, as a banker, SVP; Branch Administrator, Corporate Banking, Facilities Administrator, product development, and eight year’s as Executive Director of Ministry Resources for one of San Diego’s largest churches. A resident of Carlsbad since 1964, currently I am part of a specialized group of reverse mortgage lenders that have financial acumen, who work exclusively in providing competent, relevant, respective advice to our senior clients and their trusted financial advisors. Offering “advanced strategic planning for homeowners” enables clients to see a reverse mortgage as an important element of an effective and sustainable financial plan. We help clients work through the thought process of how to structure a reverse mortgage to make sure it is an effective element of their financial plan. I engage the client’s CPA, and other financial advisors to make sure they are using their assets effectively and structuring the reverse mortgage in line with their overall goals and to build a financially secure future for themselves and their families.
