I am also a member of a national NHS website leadership team, having gained agile product owner certification combined with 20+ years experience across related disciplines. I'm proud, and proven in delivering high-profile projects in the industry. I'm experienced in various disciplines related to websites, intranets and social media channels, including content, analytics, SEO, strategic website design, planning, configuration and deployment, product ownership, user experience design and user testing. I'm also skilled in graphic design, strategic communications, and relationship building. I currently lead a small mixed team of UX designers, user researchers and web ops professionals. Alongside my professional work, I use the same skills and passion for digital to develop my personal interest in the videogame history and preservation community. I am a contributor to numerous media outlets, academics, publishers and leading social platforms, and am actively working to expand my reputation and authority in this area.
