About Steven Baez

I'm a human and food service professional and graphic designer with a passion for being a part of blossoming communities. I've managed successful and confident teams based on the philosophy of Beginner's Mind, utilizing mindfulness and nonjudgmental awareness. In order to really teach others we need to be willing to first learn from them. If we lead with our heart, those who are willing to do the same will follow suit. While I have a wide swath of food service skills from catering, cooking, bartending, and coffee service, I have used my visual talents to help promote local businesses, created branding for both businesses and musicians in the CNY area and beyond. With my own life experiences, I have discovered a passion for a focus in using mindfulness skills in order to help others heal their own karmic trauma. My passion for people, food, music and visual art go hand in hand, as they are all integral parts of building a thriving community. I believe that with the right intention and the right kind of communication, any goal is possible.
