I've spent over 20 years working with executives and project teams in government and private sector on strategy, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement — particularly within the minerals and energy sectors. My focus is on aligning business strengths with development goals to drive sustainable growth and shared value. I specialise in designing and implementing social investment strategies, aligning corporate operations with development impact, and managing complex portfolios across diverse geographies. I’ve led consulting engagements on supply chain competitiveness, local content policy, and clean energy transitions, drawing on cross-sector insights to advance responsible sourcing and inclusive economic development. I’m particularly passionate about designing community benefit programs for energy projects (both conventional and renewable) and shaping the next generation of ethical standards for mineral, food, and textile value chains. My goal is to help businesses navigate risks, strengthen local economies, and create opportunities that are good for both people and profits. Always up for a conversation about responsible business, economic development, and how companies can be a force for positive change, particularly in low-governance environments. Outside of work, you'll often find me coaching kids’ soccer, spending time with my two boys, and practising my Indonesian.
