With over seven years of experience in the financial services industry and close to a decade in leadership, I am a data-driven and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering insights and solutions that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. I am currently a Data and Analytics Manager at Vanguard, one of the world's largest investment companies, where I lead a team of analysts and developers in creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and models that support various business functions and stakeholders. I am motivated by Vanguard's mission to empower investors and help them achieve their financial goals, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. In my most recent role as a Sales and Onboarding Manager at Vanguard, I was responsible for leading managers and teams in Scottsdale and Dallas offices, focused on the consolidation and onboarding of new retail assets and accounts. I leveraged my skills in business intelligence, Tableau, and data analysis to design and implement data-driven strategies and processes that improved the efficiency, quality, and scalability of the sales and onboarding operations. I also coached and deployed lean and agile methodologies to leaders and businesses, as part of my previous role as a Lean/Agile Deployment Consultant at Vanguard.
