Steve is passionate about property and brings years of knowledge and experience within the industry. Before joining Colliers, Steve was the onsite building manager for the PARQ on Flinders complex, comprising 224 residential apartments and 8 commercial tenancies where he looked after building issues, organised tenant and owner move in dates, managed ongoing maintenance around the complex and was the onsite contact for all residents for any adhoc issues. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer at City Motors Group where he was responsible for the financial planning, cash flow and proposed strategic directions to increase business efficiency. His high attention to detail and determination ensures he achieves the best for their asset by ensuring repairs and maintenance are running smoothly, and for his larger assets, he assists in the facilitation of building refurbishments to achieve an increased revenue for his clients.
