For the past 15 years, I’ve been deeply involved in software solutions within FinTech, focusing on global payments and payment fraud prevention. I’ve onboarded, integrated, and managed a broad client base, from small businesses to large enterprises across both BaaS and SaaS platforms. In various roles from leadership to hands-on contributor in Client Onboarding, Professional Services, and Customer Success, I’ve played a crucial part in developing client relationships and expanding business with top-tier clients. I contributed significantly to Payoneer’s growth from a startup to a publicly traded entity, managing over 50 clients and spearheading a new Professional Services division. I developed strategies and processes that spanned pre-sales to post-launch support, involving collaboration with numerous stakeholders and enhancing services for major eCommerce players. As a leader and mentor, I’ve built and managed dynamic teams both locally and globally, fostering an environment that supports growth and peak performance. My technical proficiency spans UI/UX design, API integration, and client implementations, underpinned by strong project management skills.
