Currently I work at In-Sport Fashions Inc as the Project Manager in charge of the Business Solutions Dept. and have been working there since September of 2020. My tasks include- Managing the Business Solutions Dept. which is a team of 4 people- Overseeing all projects that currently run at the company and continued support for completed projects- Leading project planning sessions- Coordinating staff and internal resources to complete diverse and complex projects (from the Shipping Dept, Customer Service Dept, Marketing Dept, and the Sales Dept.)- Managing project progress and adapt work as required- Ensuring projects meet deadlines- Designing and signing off on contracts- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary. Myself and my Department are also responsible for the upkeep and improvement of various platforms which include- Our B2B website - Our multiple D2C websites - Our multiple Marketplace websites - I am also very experienced with the Shopify, ShipStation, Zendesk and Momentis programs. In the past I was working at Jack Victor Limited as a Customer Relations Specialist. My tasks included- Taking stock orders from major retail clothing companies- Helping Managers and/or Owners of these companies with their custom orders online- Instructing them on what items they should/can choose in order to complete their sales of our merchandise- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls or emails- Establishing contacts with potential customers and helping current customers with in-house visits to the company. I was also assigned with other tasks besides customer service- I was put in charge of the Tru-Measure program to find ways to improve and re-organize it in such a way that it will become more beneficial to the company and their customers- I was developing and designing a new Custom Box for the Tru-Measure program. In the past I was a Teaching Assistant and Graduate student at Concordia University in the Theological Studies Department. My tasks ranged from giving lectures to students, responding to their emails, and correcting exams. I am a very ambitious and compassionate person. I am a loyal employee and I am always looking to improve in terms of position within a company or personal skills and attributes.
