I lead the daily operations of the college turn business. I develop and maintain relationships with property managers and property maintenance managers. I also assist in new home sales and trade shows. I am also in the process of creating a web site and creating a social media presence. Currently I am also the sales manager/client relations manager at PARK Security Systems. I have also assisted with the marketing at Park Security. My daily responsibilities include customer retention, strategic planning, customer service, and sales at the residential and commercial level. In 2002, I graduated from Penn State University with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing and Management. After college I opened a pizza and sub shop with a high school friend. Within 6 years we tripled our sales and attained sales that we never thought possible. After ten years we sold our business to start the next chapters in our lives. As I have grown from my sales experiences I realize there is so much I still have to learn, so I have become a student of the game (car sales and marketing). I enjoy reading all the books from the great ones.(Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, Ziglar, Sinek, Jim Collins,and Maxwell) My goal is to work for a small business that wants to grow and use my Entrepreneur Drive to propel them to the next level!
