Being the Head of QS Team, I take lead and supervise the whole in-house QS team and various QS consultants in overseeing and handling all contract administration, commercial management, all-rounded QS and procurement work for all New Developments, Expansions, Fitting Out, Revamp/ A&A Works of Science Park in Sha Tin, Industrial Estates in TKO, Tai Po & Yuen Long, and InnoCentre in Kowloon Tong. I am experienced in pre & post contract work including technical feasibility study, cost planning, cost estimate, tendering & procurement, value engineering, contract administration, cost/budget control, cash flow forecasting/ monitoring, change & claim management, commercial negotiation, dispute resolution and overall project/ commercial management for Building Works (Commercial/Residential/A&A), Infrastructure Works and Large Scale Mixed Used Development which the size of developments is up to HK$22 Billion.
