Introduction Colleagues describe me as an energetic and engaging training professional with extensive experience in sales, sales management, personal finance, training and training management. My sales experience includes selling a broad array of financial services products to automotive dealers, and as a sales manager I had responsibility for managing a 12 person seven state region. Personal finance background ranges from auto finance collections and lending, to conducting benefits seminars, as well as providing dealership owners reinsurance arrangements. Training specialties include: consultative and transactional selling, dealership finance and insurance operations, leasing, automotive dealer reinsurance plans, parts wholesaling, service adviser sales, as well as communication and sales psychology. In the last ten years I have conducted well over 100 seminars in 40 cities across the United States and three foreign countries. Recently my services expanded to international work, including a series of 21 sales seminars in Dubai, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Central America and the Caribbean. Work History I am currently providing an array of training services with an emphasis on webinar training. I am a frequent freelancer for the Alteris Group in Southfield, Michigan, providing instruction, design, and performance consulting services to their clients.
