In meiner Tätigkeit als Projektmanager und -koordinator habe ich täglich neue Herausforderungen, welche ich durch meine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strategisches Denken bewältige. Durch die internationale Beschäftigung komme ich mit vielen interessanten Kulturen zusammen und das Miteinander ist immer wieder mit neuen Komplexitäten verbunden. Dies bestärkt mich jeden Tag aufs neue meinen Horizont zu erweitern. Dabei steht an erster Stelle Lösungen zu finden, anstatt Probleme zu suchen und dementsprechend zu Handeln. As a Project Manager and Coordinator, I face new challenges on a daily basis, which I manage through my readiness of mind and strategic thinking. As an international employee, I come together with many interesting cultures and togetherness is always associated with new complexities. This encourages me every day to broaden my horizons. In the first place solutions are to be found instead of looking for problems and acting accordingly. Vivo y trabajo de acuerdo con este lema. Con esta premisa, ayudo a los empleados y clientes a desarrollar todo su potencial y a crear un valor agregado real para la empresa. Como Gerente de Proyecto y Coordinador, me enfrento a nuevos desafíos a diario, que gestiono a través de mi disposición mental y pensamiento estratégico. Como empleado internacional, me encuentro con muchas culturas interesantes y la unión siempre está asociada con nuevas complejidades. Esto me anima todos los días a ampliar mis horizontes.
