From imaging computers and running virus scans to troubleshooting hardware/software challenges and setting up IT infrastructure, I thrive on delivering results. My journey into effective communication began during my managerial role at Blockbuster Video. While my foundation was laid during my studies at King's College, the majority of my skills have been cultivated on the job.
