I have over 16 years’ experience managing a training and quality programs supporting multiple clients and contact center locations in industry of cellular, transportation, health care, Internet, and utilities. I possess an additional 10 years facilitating technical systems, customer service training, change management, and leadership workshops in large and small classroom settings including virtual training. I am a dynamic communicator, very organized, and possess strong writing skills with advance proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, media products and learning tools (Lectora, Sharepoint, LMS, Articulate, Ilearn), Quickbase, Web-Ex, NICE quality management system, PowerBI, eams, Skype for Business, and Doc-Share). I am exceptional with performance consulting, developing courseware, collaborating with leadership, and have a solid comprehension of KPIs with the ability to use a variety of learning/training concepts and principles. I enjoy creating pre-emptive solutions to business needs and seizing opportunities for continuous improvements in individual and team settings. I have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills as a project manager utilizing Six-Sigma, HPT (Human Performance Technology) and other techniques to improve business solutions. My on-the-job experience and educational foundation with certifications in adult learning theory and MBTI, along with completing workshops on GROW, DISC, and Six Sigma have afforded me a well-rounded skill set and disposition in a corporate setting.
