Experienced in aircraft technical data research and analysis, I am often the go to person for finding aircraft technical data, aircraft parts and records that are not easily found or accessible. I am adept at individual personnel evaluation and group cohesion evaluation, providing me with the ability to place personnel in positions that will allow them to perform to their highest efficiency. I have performed heavy maintenance on aircraft that required a high skill threshold and an advanced attention to detail and knowledge base, including replacement, rigging and operational checks of landing gears, engines, flight control surfaces and systems, aircraft avionics and electrical systems and interior components. I have also performed quality control inspections for intricate and major aircraft structural repairs, avionics mods such as ADS-B installations, and mechanical tasks such as replacement and rigging of flight controls, engines, and hydraulic systems.
