I am a seasoned designer working at the intersection of visual communications, user-centered design, and technology. Using research-based design methodologies, I create digital products and visual experiences that solve complex communication challenges, transform data into clear visual narratives, and help diverse audiences access, understand, and engage with critical information. As Director of Design and Digital Solutions at Informatics Studio, I bring over 25 years of experience developing strategies for public sector entities, research organizations, and mission-driven companies. I manage interdisciplinary teams and oversee the entire design and product development lifecycle to increase program effectiveness, enhance understanding, and drive social change. I have led and contributed to the advancement of programs at the U.S. Department of Education, the National Institutes of Health, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the U.S. Department of State, the World Bank, and RAND Corporation.
