About Steven Dolby

I am delighted to be returning to Corporate Travel with a renewed drive to be part of the continued post-COVID recovery of our industry, and bring to it my extensive experience and passion for delivering the very best in customer service and account management. My working career began at Pickfords Travel Agency in 1992 as a front of house YTS trainee selling package holidays. Since those beginnings I have learnt, grown and progressed through various consultant and mid-management positions in both the leisure and corporate travel markets with industry leading companies. I have gained over 28 years experience in the Corporate & Leisure Travel industry, with my most recent roles spent in account management, delivering my customer focused skills and consultative services to key corporate accounts in the Finance, Legal, Real Estate and Insurance sectors. A brief hiatus from the travel industry in 2021/22 afforded me a new challenge in the education sector to work with primary school children. The challenges and rewards from this experience has given me more valuable skills both personally and professionally. In whatever I do, I am a self starter and have a committed and focused approach to my work, I am pro-active, self motivated and enjoy working independently or as a team player.
