I lead a team of 50 employees, providing them with coaching, feedback, and motivation. I also partner with other managers and stakeholders to coordinate and optimize the flow of goods, services, and information. My goal is to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction, while reducing costs and increasing efficiency. I am passionate about logistics and always eager to learn and improve.
