Graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance (Honors: Cum Laude). Acquiring both an array of work experience, and a strong educational background, I have gained skills that have allowed me to be a collaborative and dependable asset. I am well versed in user/client support, having utilized various communication channels such as CRM /ticketing systems (ex. Service Now and Freshdesk), Microsoft Outlook, phones, and remote web sessions to deliver timely and accurate resolutions. My ability to learn applications and department goals quickly while leveraging my technical skills are some of my key strengths. I have great satisfaction of assisting customers and users with inquiries whether it be a technical application, service or product, or billing questions. I understand how to use collaborative based communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack to assist in delivering timely resolutions, team updates, and process improvements.
