My practice regularly encompasses litigation involving mortgage foreclosures, receivers, conducting UCC Article 9 foreclosures, enforcement of guaranties and judgment enforcement. I have represented a broad range of parties, including secured creditors, debtors-in-possession, unsecured creditors’ committees, trustees, vendors, lessors, retailers, manufacturers, computer companies and other technology businesses, asset purchasers, and individuals in restructurings, workouts, creditors’ rights, chapter 11, and other bankruptcy matters throughout the United States.
