Due to the resignation of existing National Director, requested by General Manager to undertake an acting role to caretake struggling business unit, TrimEVAC. Property practice performed so well that asked to focus on TrimEVAC and initiated turnaround strategies and assisted in the recruitment for permanent National Director. Completed re-structure within first 3 months in role – adjusted to 5 direct reports and 30 indirect reports. Extensive change management project undertaken and implemented. Reduced the number of direct reports, allowed greater strategic focus in role and improved accountability within senior team, which in turn improved engagement and financial results.
