Hi there! I'm Steven, and I've always been an engineer at heart. My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and from day one, I've been immersed in the world of product development. This field has always been my passion, driving me to excel, push boundaries, and turn 1+1 into much more than 2. It's led me to lead teams in creating numerous award-winning products and innovative solutions. Today, I proudly serve as a Chief Operating Officer (COO), a role that demands setting annual targets, ensuring roadmaps are met, and keeping a tight grip on expenses to achieve company-wide breakeven within six months. It's been an incredible journey, one that started with my love for solving complex engineering puzzles and has evolved into rallying an entire company to deliver solutions from ideation to mass deployment. What drew me to this field was the opportunity to create new solutions, constantly challenge myself to meet market demands, and take on greater responsibilities, including managing a company's P&L alongside the management team. The appeal lies in the satisfaction of knowing that I can add value to a company, whether it's meticulously piecing together a thousand parts into a functional product or leading a diverse team to deliver solutions from inception to deployment. My personal characteristics of tenacity, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to never giving up have been my compass throughout this journey.
