About Steven Helman

With over ten years of experience in IT, I am a passionate and proficient application support engineer with a mission to provide exceptional service and solutions to clients. I have a strong background in scripting, Azure, and Active Directory administration, as well as troubleshooting complex technical issues. I enjoy working at Metabolon, a leading health technology company that leverages metabolomics to improve health and wellness. I value the opportunity to work with a diverse and collaborative team that shares my vision of innovation and excellence. In my current role as an application support engineer at Metabolon, I manage and resolve work orders within designated SLA, communicate clearly and regularly with management and technical support colleagues, and capture and create bug reports through Azure Dev Ops. I also automate administration tasks through Powershell and Bash scripting, script software updates, installs, and uninstalls, and research, test, and implement monitoring for services, APIs, and UX testing. Additionally, I execute SQL to ensure data integrity and create and maintain knowledge base for all applications. I have demonstrated my skills in help desk support, hardware, and Microsoft Power Automate, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools.
