Capping off a difficult market in 2018, Steven recorded the 4th highest residential sale for the year across the entire Calgary Real Estate Board (5500 licensed realtors)- setting a record high for the community and receiving an offer in only 20 days on market and a firm sale in only 64 days. Steven has the highest and most complete license credentials in Alberta. He also is certified with a Pilot Certification for Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS), Visual Line of Sight - aka certified drone pilot. Most recently, Steven was honoured to be asked to be a guest speaker for the national Sotheby’s International Realty Canada spring meeting, to speak on his creative application of the industry first CURATE By Sotheby’s - Augment Reality Staging App. His ideas and application were so compelling that Steven has been invited to present a speech to the world-wide 2021 Global Networking Event in April.
