In the ever-evolving world of cybersecurity, I find my passion lies in not just responding to threats but actively hunting them down before they become an issue. With over 12 years of experience in IT, and 10 years in Information Security, I have been a part of great teams. I have guided and strengthened others in their careers, while being guided by strong leaders along the way. I have worked with a large variety of tools, learning new ones along the way, with a strong focus on keeping the business secure, with little to no impact on their daily functions. From my early days in IT, I have journeyed into Information Security working in a SOC, and working with multiple MSSP's during my career. I've always been driven by the desire that everyone deserves to be protected from cybercriminals. Beyond my professional life, I have served in multiple leadership positions during my ecclesiastical service, while also being part of the FBI Infragard and a recent inductee into the Ohio Cyber Reserves. This role allows me to contribute to community safety while honing my skills further in real-world scenarios. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team dedicated to protecting our state from cyber threats. When I'm not immersed in cybersecurity challenges, I have been known to work on volunteer projects and speaking to others on the importance of CyberSecurity.
