I am a Chartered Building Surveyor, member of, and regulated by, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Association of Building Engineers and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, with over ten years of construction industry professional practice experience. My specialities include building defect diagnosis/surveying, the drafting of remediation schedules and repair specifications, planned maintenance surveys, contract administration, architectural design/plans preparation, planning and building regulation application agent role and party wall surveyor. My client database comprises domestic dwelling owners, commercial and industrial businesses and construction professionals with whom I have previously collaborated, and am currently collaborating with, to include architects, structural engineers, energy assessors to name but a few.
