About Steven Iannicca

I often run too fast at the start, which slows me down, but helps to remind myself that I don't have to be perfect to finish a race, or to be a runner. In life, we often (myself included) feel that we have to find the next opportunity or secure a life-changing achievement to keep growing. When I feel this way, I tell myself that each day is an opportunity to learn and grow, pushing myself to continuously grow and improve myself and become better than I was yesterday! As an Electrical Engineer, I want to combine my natural yearning for experimentation and use of multiple, different engineering skills I've learned over time, as well as skills and experience I will learn and gain moving forward to make impacts on society for the better. The diverse education I've received has opened my eyes to not only as an Engineer, but as a conscientious, strong-minded, and passionate individual that seeks to create change in life as a whole. I ultimately hope to gain more experience in the Electrical Engineering field to grow myself in my career aspirations and ultimately myself moving forward! I want to set the standard forward, that anything you put your mind to, you can do it. I've never chosen the easy road to walk upon, as with every failure and mistake, is another opportunity and gratifying chance to take on challenges out of my comfort zone, and ultimately make the world a better place.
