Quality service in healthcare is what I have dedicated my career to. I am resourceful and collaborative with 14 years of work in proposal writing, RFP and RFI development, and project/program management. Equipped with a BBA in Health Care Management, I aim to use my extensive knowledge of health care quality indicators and issues combined with my account management skills to improve service delivery and business development. Career Experience I have dedicated over 18 years of service to Kaiser Permanente’s National Sales and Account Management department, where I maintained a 100% on-time record for all client deliverables over the course of 15 renewal seasons. I have attained success whether working independently or working with cross-functional departments, subject matter experts (SMEs), key stakeholders, and executive business partners. Technical Expertise I have strong experience in multiple technical tools and surveys used to analyze health care data and managed care issues. For example, I have evaluated HEDIS scores to answer proposal and survey questions, to analyze data from various regions, and to search for trends to help improve HEDIS scores. Project & Proposal Management During my career, I have authored project plans and proposals for multi-regional clients, including large corporations and public entities. I enjoy using my consultative expertise to manage projects and proposals related to managed care, quality improvement, service delivery, best practices, and process efficiency. Interpersonal Skills I have a strong work ethic and the ability to organize competing priorities and to meet strict time deadlines in a fast-paced environment. I am able to develop strong working relationships with diverse individuals.
