As an Account Executive at Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP), I leveraged my nearly 30 years of experience and knowledge in the Post-Acute Care space to expand the scope of SHP's extensive footprint and increase its market share in the western region of the United States. I am passionate about delivering best-in-class products and services that help clients optimize their MDS accuracy, Five-Star and QM ratings, PDPM tracking and forecasting, and training and support. I am a gentle disruptor who challenges clients to dream bigger and move past the traditional in a sincere and relatable way. I use my warm personality, engaging communication skills, and strategic thinking to create innovative solutions that meet clients' needs, achieve higher client satisfaction, and maintain high client retention rates. I also collaborate with senior leaders and team members to create and execute development objectives, territory plans, and expansion opportunities.
