Kettler Leweck Engineering (KLE) was established in 2012 by Steven Kettler, P.E. and Lisa Leweck, P.E. KLE is a general civil engineering consulting firm focused on providing entitlement services, civil engineering design and permitting services, and construction administration services. As owners, Steven and Lisa possess over 70 years of combined experience in San Diego and Southern California. Steven and Lisa manage technologies, design and support staff, project consultants, project schedules and budgets, the production and processing of project documents, and project challenges and issues for projects varying in type and size. As Owners of the firm, we impose our technical skills and management experience on every project. It is this unique combination of technical skills and management experiences by the Owners that translate directly to the quality work, timely delivery, and competitive cost of the services. Simply put, every client will receive experienced Owner level technical skills and management experience for a competitive cost.
