I have broad (management) experience in both a corporate environment and startups. In building something completely new as well as in optimizing existing teams. Project-based and in daily business. I prefer to work with a result-oriented, proactive team with humor to achieve truly sustainable results. I naturally focus on improving myself and my teammates by focusing on personal effectiveness in combination with a clear view of the end goal and the path towards it. The overall organizational interest is always paramount. I work entrepreneurially and focused on sustainable results. For me, truly sustainable results are results that contribute to a more sustainable world while being operationally and financially sound. Within the road to a more sustainable world, I like to focus on the climate, sustainable energy and biodiversity. In my personal dealings I try to stay close to myself, to really listen to others and I am always looking for solutions.
