I manage day-to-day operations, ensuring we excel at providing optimum service and uphold our company values of Commitment, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. I also oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. I ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. I have successfully implemented new operations and accounting software and policies, improved cash flow management, and reduced audit risks and errors. I have also boosted employee retention and morale through employee coaching and process analysis. I have 10 years of office accounting experience and 5 years of retail experience, which gives me a versatile and customer-oriented perspective. I am passionate about accuracy and delivering the best results. I am also a hard-working and results-driven leader who thrives in challenging and deadline-driven situations. I am currently pursuing a Master of Human Resource Management with an emphasis in Organizational Development at Strayer University, which will drive my passion for ensuring we are investing in our employees.
