I am a psychotherapist in private practice operating the the Denver Colorado area. I specialize in treating PTSD, complex PTSD, depression, men's issues, and healing traumatic events with EMDR and Somatic Experiencing psychotherapies. It has been my experience that to truly heal therapy has to go beyond talk. It must include the body's fight/flight/freeze response before behaviors and beliefs can have lasting change. I have an eclectic background including Aviation, Security, IT, and of course, psychotherapy.
