Our HRIS system of choice is Employee Navigator and we have a team of employee navigator system experts. We educate employees on their benefits install HRIS systems and make benefit implementation as easy as possible! We take control of benefit enrollment for companies of all sizes from start to finish. We meet with each employee a company has on an individual basis either in person, Virtually, or self enrolled environments. We educate employees about their health care benefits from any carrier brokers offer. We help employees make educated decisions because let’s face it, it’s an area not everyone is the expert they should be!
