About Steven Kutz

Since watching my dad serve in the Army as a kid, I've been driven by service to others and having meaning in my work. After my own six years, four moves, and two deployments, I sought a new way to serve - through business. My daily determination is to create multifamily housing investment opportunities that achieve both societal benefit and market rate returns. My investment strategy focuses on cash-on-cash returns with a focus on creative financing and long-term hold strategies as well as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) components. Past deals have achieved market rate returns and ESG success through solar implementation, energy efficiency repositioning, leveraging local density laws, federal through local development grant and loan programs, investment in underinvested areas, refugee relocation, and affordable housing credits. We owe it to our kids to both make a living and create their better world, today.
