Group HSQE manager working in a fantastic team responsible for the ISO accreditation of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems for 8 sites. Building on our strong foundations to continue our successful development of our positive HSQE culture, through proactive leadership and engagement, achieved by providing awareness, training and promoting ownership. I have previously held long term positions of Production Operations & HSQE manager for a busy manufacturing company, where I managed the complete facility and oversaw the success of all production departments, which included the HSQE Management Systems compliance of all manufacturing operations in two sites, including offices, production and warehousing. I am CMIOSH and have have qualifications to support my experience in Health & Safety Management Systems, Auditing, Management & Leadership, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, which have become my focus and passion, understanding how they add value and success to organizations if implemented positively. Notable achievements: • Achieved CMIOSH proving my ongoing development and commitment. • Achieved certification of ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001 Management Systems to multiple sites. • Leading a successful positive productive health & Safety culture change to minimise costs and maximise production. • Lead auditor for 45001:2018 & 9001;2015 • Achieved a 98% & 97% compliance score across two sites in an external Health & Safety health check audit by the BPIF, through comprehensive H&S compliance and developing and maintaining a successful H&S culture. • Implement ISO standard 9001:2015 to "The White Star Printing Company" to continually improve processes, quality and production output and reduce errors. • Successfully passed transition & recertification audits to the new ISO HSQE Management Systems standards. • Managing and maintaining ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, FSC & PEFC accreditations which saved the organization per annum in consultancy fees. • Sourced and managed the installation of print machinery from 6 countries to improve production & H&S. • Managed the factory facility with many successful improvements to maximise productivity and Health & Safety.
