I always try to offer multiple creative solutions to resolve an issue. I have a strong background with most IT systems and make it a point to move forward with evolving technologies. I dedicate myself to the job I am assigned, and I don’t leave a problem unresolved. I ensure my team is trained and prepared to move forward in their career and take on more responsibility.
