About Steven Lee Koss

Steven Koss is a strategic leader and innovator in the beauty and fragrance industry, currently serving as President & CEO of Sheralven Enterprises, based in Edgewood, NY. Since joining the family-owned business in 1993, he has transformed Sheralven from a wholesale supplier into a fully integrated company specializing in brand licensing, distribution, and logistics for some of the world's most recognized beauty and lifestyle names. Under his leadership, Sheralven embraced early e-commerce trends, pioneering drop-shipping and fulfillment solutions that positioned the company as a key partner to major retailers and Fortune 500 brands. He has grown the business more than a hundredfold by consistently adapting to market shifts and building a portfolio of globally recognized fragrance and lifestyle brands. In addition to his role at Sheralven, Steven co-founded Scent Beauty, a multi-brand fragrance platform that has partnered with iconic designers, celebrities, and cultural figures to launch successful scent collections across global markets. A lifelong New Yorker, Steven was raised on Long Island, where he still lives with his wife, two children, and their dog, Blaze.
