I am passionate about building exceptional customer experiences that drive meaningful connections between companies and their customers. With a career spanning customer service, sales, and operational leadership, I thrive at the intersection of people, process, and technology. My focus is always on creating solutions that positively impact customers, employees, and the business as a whole. What excites me most is the opportunity to lead transformation—whether it’s enhancing service delivery, streamlining operations, or fostering a culture of excellence. I value companies that prioritize their employees and believe that investing in people is the foundation for long-term success. I bring a collaborative and empathetic approach to leadership, with a commitment to understanding customer needs and empowering teams to deliver results. My experience in managing large, diverse teams has taught me the importance of communication, adaptability, and innovation—skills that I am eager to bring into new industries, particularly in the SaaS space. As someone who enjoys working with technology and solving complex challenges, I’m energized by the chance to apply my skills in new ways and continue learning.
