About Steven MacKiewicz

The journey began on Cape Cod, a home of summer tourism, which is prepared by year-round maintenance from local resident businesses. My degree in business management was achieved while contributing to that Cape Cod tradition, through employment in the construction industry. Having drown myself in the endless sea of music as a child, it was clear the next step after my degree was to further my education in audio. I found a home in all things music production. While developing my skills as an audio engineer, I designed my own business - Mack Recording. This business was molded by my skills in post production and interpersonal communication, which allowed me to deeply connect with my clientele on what they truly hoped to accomplish, further than deadlines or a need to surpass a bottom-line. Through empathy and a genuine desire to achieve happiness from those I worked with, successful customer service was not just a natural result - it was necessary to strive for in all settings. I continued to dig in on this feeling of satisfaction whenever I knew a client's expectations were exceeded, and it gave birth to a career that focused on client success and account management. After 12 years of experience in customer service and business management, the things I value most are not the many prestigious projects that I have worked on but instead are the retention of strong connections that I have made with both my clientele and my coworkers.
